About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator named in the imprint. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.
The service
We design and host landing pages on subdomains of our domain and list them in our public directory. A yearly subscription keeps a page and its directory entry online. An optional one time customization covers tailored design work during the review period.
Accounts
You need an account to order. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Orders and payment
Subdomains are allocated on availability and are confirmed only after payment. Payment is processed by our billing platform, either with PayPal or by invoice with a PDF invoice sent by email. The binding price is the securely stored price shown at checkout.
PayPal orders are confirmed after verified payment. Invoice orders are confirmed after payment is received and approved. Design and publication are completed manually by our team.
After payment one of our specialists contacts you by email and by the phone number registered with your order to collect the information for your page. The design is delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
Design delivery and review
After delivery of the design you have seven days to review it and request the agreed changes. If we receive no response within the review period the design counts as accepted.
Subscriptions and expiry
Renewals, cancellations, and failed payments are handled by our billing platform. When a subscription ends the page and its directory entry are taken offline and the subdomain can become available to others later.
Content rules
Pages must not contain unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules or that harms the platform or its users. Where reasonable we will ask you to correct the issue first.
Your content and our design
You keep all rights to the material you provide for your page and confirm that you may use it. You grant us the permission needed to host, display, and list that material while your subscription runs. The designs, the platform, and the directory remain ours.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator named in the imprint is established. Mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for good reason, for example legal changes or new features. Material changes are announced in advance by email to account holders.
