Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to you.
Yearly subscription
If we have not yet delivered a design and your page has not been customized, you can request a full refund within fourteen days of payment. Once the design work has started, refunds are reduced by the value of the work already performed.
Design customization
The customization fee is refundable in full until our team starts the customization work. After the work has started it is refundable only for the part not yet performed.
How to request a refund
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order reference. Refunds are processed by our billing platform to the original payment method, either your PayPal account or the bank account the invoice was paid from.
Processing times
Once a refund is approved it is passed to our billing platform without undue delay. How quickly the amount reaches you then depends on PayPal or your bank.
